• Our store hours are: 10 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday and 12 noon to 4 pm on Saturdays (Eastern Time).
• If the store is closed when you call, please leave a message and we would be happy to return your call.

• If you would like to fax in and order, please send your fax to:  519-743-7441.

Forms of Payment:

• We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express, as well as Cheques and Money Orders.
• Churches and organizations may qualify to open an account - please ask for details.
• For reasons of security, please do not include your credit card number in an email.  We will happily receive your credit card number over the phone or via fax.

Placing an Order:

• As you know currencies and shipping rates around the world fluctuate on a daily basis.  As a result, we will confirm all prices and shipping rates, so you will know the exact amount of your order.
• Please just let us know the quantities, product names/numbers and your form of payment and we will be most happy to fill your order.
• Some items that you order may be out of stock.  We will try our best to let you know the approximate time when we will be able to ship out your order. 
• Outside of business hours, you may find it easiest to download our faxable order form - complete it, jot down your credit card or account information and then fax it back.
